Finding Gentle Ways to Care for the Whole Self
Wellness is often presented as a perfect routine filled with expensive products, strict schedules and habits that somehow work exactly the same for everyone.
That has never been my reality.
Living with AuDHD, C-PTSD, chronic pain and a sensitive nervous system has taught me that caring for myself must be flexible. Some days wellness looks like preparing an herbal tea, stretching or spending time outside. Other days it means lowering the noise, resting without guilt or doing one small thing that helps my body feel safer.
Natural Wellness is where I explore realistic ways to support the mind, body and everyday environment.
I write about gentle self-care, rest, sleep, nourishment, movement, nervous-system support, time in nature and the natural products or practices I am learning about. I look for options that can work with different bodies, needs, energy levels and seasons of life.
This is not about rejecting medical care or promising that one natural remedy will fix everything. It is about asking better questions, learning what support is available and building a personal wellness practice that works with us instead of constantly asking us to push beyond our limits.
