Healing, Self-Love & Becoming

Learning To Care For Myself, Trust Myself, And Become Someone I No Longer Have To Hide

Healing has not been a straight line for me. It has been messy, uncomfortable, exhausting, beautiful, and sometimes incredibly confusing.

For most of my life, I was surviving, adapting, masking, and trying to become whoever I thought I needed to be in each moment. I learned how to push through pain, ignore my own needs, question my instincts, and keep going long after my mind and body were asking me to stop.

This is where I share what healing looks like while I am actually living it. The boundaries I am learning to set. The patterns I am trying to understand. The grief that comes with recognizing how much of myself I had to hide. The difficult process of rebuilding trust in my own mind, body, voice, and experiences.

We may talk about late-diagnosed AuDHD, C-PTSD, masking, burnout, nervous-system regulation, self-worth, sobriety, motherhood, relationships, boundaries, starting over, and learning how to make room for the person underneath all those years of survival.

I do not have healing perfectly figured out. I am still learning what helps, what hurts, what belongs to me, and what I was taught to carry for everyone else.

This page is not about becoming a shinier or more acceptable version of myself. It is about slowly becoming more honest, more whole, and more comfortable being the person I already am.
