Natural Wellness

Exploring Everyday Ways To Feel More Supported

I have spent a lot of my life pushing through discomfort, ignoring what my body was trying to tell me, and treating rest like something I had to earn.

Now I am learning to listen a little more closely.

Natural Wellness is where I gather what I am discovering about caring for ourselves in ways that feel practical, supportive, and realistic. I explore nourishment, rest, movement, nervous system regulation, time in nature, sound, herbs, aromatherapy, seasonal living, and the small routines that can make everyday life feel more manageable.

I am especially curious about the places where traditional wisdom, personal experience, and modern research meet. I want to understand why people have used certain practices, what evidence exists, what still needs to be questioned, and whether something genuinely belongs in my own life.

This is not a place for perfect routines, miracle cures, or pretending one approach works for everyone. I am still learning what supports my body, brain, and healing while living with AuDHD, C-PTSD, fibromyalgia, and the effects of spending most of my life in survival mode.

Some things help. Some do not. Some work for a while and then need to change.

This is where I share what I am learning along the way.

Bring your curiosity, listen to your own body, and take only what feels useful for you.
