Some of us aren’t just born different. We’re born watched. We grow up under invisible eyes, sensing energies we can’t name, being gaslit before we even learn what that means. If you’ve ever felt like your soul has been stalked, targeted, or drained since the moment you arrived on Earth you’re not alone. And more importantly: you’re not crazy.

Cursive writing used to be a rite of passage an elegant flow of letters that felt personal, intuitive, and powerful. But over the past couple of decades, it quietly vanished from schools. Now, entire generations can’t read handwritten letters from their own ancestors. Why? And more importantly: what deeper power were we disconnected from?

For a long time, I didn’t know there was a difference between meditation and prayer. I was raised around religion, where we were taught to pray, but no one ever mentioned the power of silence, stillness, or listening. I didn’t hear the word “meditation” until much later in my spiritual journey, and when I did, I was told it was dangerous or ungodly.

What started as a simple step outside turned into a spiritual conversation between me and the unseen—through a lottery ticket, a white stone, and a chunk of wood.

Let’s get one thing straight, spirituality isn’t one-size-fits-all. I’ve seen the judgment. I’ve felt the whispers. I’ve been on the receiving end of “I’ll pray for you” laced with pity or quiet condemnation. But here’s the thing: my spiritual journey isn’t a rejection of God, it’s a return to Source on my terms.

There’s a reason why dogs are called man’s best friend, but spiritually? They are so much more than that. Dogs show up in our lives not just to be cute companions or loyal guardians, but to teach us deep soul lessons, mirror our emotions, and guide us toward healing. From ancient mythologies to the moments we share at home, dogs are spiritual beings walking alongside us on our journey through life.
